of <h1>Company Law Board Regulations, 1991 established under section 10E(6) of the Companies Act, 1956, effective May 31, 1991.</h1> These regulations, known as the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991, were established under the authority of section 10E(6) of the Companies Act, 1956. They came into effect upon their publication in the official Gazette on May 31, 1991. The interpretation of these regulations follows the guidelines set by the General Clauses Act, 1897, similar to the interpretation of a Central Act.
