of <h1>Company Law Board Proceedings Require English or Hindi; Non-English Documents Need Approved Translations</h1> The proceedings of a Bench under the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991, must be conducted in either English or Hindi. Any documents submitted in other languages must include a true translation in English or Hindi. Translations must be done by a person appointed or approved by the Board, though translations agreed upon by the parties may be accepted as true. All final and interlocutory orders must also be issued in English or Hindi.
