Interlocutory application requirements: use prescribed form and affidavit verification; interim relief need not be separately applied if prayed. Interlocutory applications filed after the petition must, as far as possible, be in the prescribed form (Form No. 2 in Annexure II) and accompanied by an affidavit verifying the application as required by the verification provision; no separate application for interim relief or direction is necessary if the original petition already prays for it, except for condonation of delay in filing the petition.
