of <h1>Regulation 42A mandates use of Form No. 1 for submissions under Companies Act sections 58AA(1) and 117B(4).</h1> Regulation 42A of the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991, mandates that any intimation under subsection (1) of section 58AA or a petition under subsection (4) of section 117B of the Companies Act must be submitted using Form No. 1 as specified in Annexure II. This provision was introduced through an amendment effective from June 15, 2001.
