Adjournment power allows granting time and adjourning hearings where sufficient cause is shown, with costs orders possible. Where sufficient cause is shown at any stage, the Bench may grant time to parties and adjourn the hearing; the Bench may also make such order as it thinks fit with respect to the costs occasioned by such adjournment.
