of <h1>Respondents Must File Reply and Documents Within 15 Days Under Regulation 22 of Company Law Board Regulations, 1991</h1> Regulation 22 of the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991, mandates that respondents contesting a petition must file a reply and supporting documents in triplicate with the Bench office within a period not exceeding fifteen days from the service of the petition. The reply must specifically address the petitioner's claims and may include additional facts necessary for case resolution. Documents should be marked as Annexures and filed with the reply.
