of <h1>Regulation 43: Bench Can Extend Deadlines for Documents or Actions, Even After Expiration, Under Company Law Board Regulations.</h1> Regulation 43 of the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991, under Chapter IV, allows a Bench the discretion to extend any period set for performing an act, or filing documents or representations, as specified by the regulations or granted by the Bench. This extension can be granted even if the originally fixed period has already expired.
