Securities Act reference procedure omitted; prior regulation treated Board references mutatis mutandis for clause-based referrals. Regulation 42, which provided that the procedural provisions for making any reference to the Board would apply mutatis mutandis to a reference under clause (c) of sub section (4) of section 22A of the Securities Act, was omitted by the Company Law Board (Amendment) Regulations, 1997, effective 1-8-1997.
