of <h1>Regulation 6 on Chairman's Absence Procedures Omitted by 1994 Amendment to Company Law Board Regulations.</h1> Regulation 6 of the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991, which addressed the procedure for when the Chairman is unable to perform duties due to absence, illness, or other reasons, was omitted by the Company Law Board (Amendment) Regulations, 1994, effective from July 25, 1994. Prior to its omission, the regulation allowed the senior-most Board member, authorized by the Chairman, to assume the Chairman's responsibilities until the Chairman could resume duties.
