of <h1>Order Addresses Challenges with Section 73 of Companies Act 2013, Extends Company Law Board's Authority Until Further Notice.</h1> The Companies (Removal of Difficulties) Second Order, 2014, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, addresses challenges in implementing Section 73 of the Companies Act, 2013. Effective immediately, it stipulates that until further notice by the Central Government, the Company Law Board, established under the Companies Act, 1956, will continue to exercise jurisdiction, powers, authority, and functions under Section 73(4) of the Companies Act, 2013. This order is intended to ensure continuity and clarity in the application of the law until the new provisions are fully operational.
