          <h1>Revision powers over inferior criminal court records permit review of findings and suspension of execution pending record examination.</h1> The High Court or any Sessions Judge may call for and examine the record of any proceeding before an inferior Criminal Court to satisfy itself as to the correctness, legality or propriety of any finding, sentence or order and the regularity of proceedings; they may suspend execution and release an accused on bond pending examination. Magistrates are deemed inferior to the Sessions Judge. The power excludes interlocutory orders, and a person who applies to one forum cannot thereafter apply to the other under this section.
