Discharge of person informed against where inquiry shows no bond necessity; magistrate must release or discharge. If, after an inquiry into whether a bond is necessary to keep the peace or secure good behaviour, it is not proved that a bond is necessary, the Magistrate shall record that finding and, if the person is in custody solely for the inquiry, release them, or if not in custody, discharge them.
