Attachment validity preserved despite procedural defects, preventing attachments being treated as unlawful or officers as trespassers. Attachment under the Sanhita remains valid notwithstanding procedural imperfections in summons, conviction, writ of attachment or other proceedings; a defect or want of form does not render the attachment unlawful nor the person making it a trespasser.
