of <h1>New Security Required Under Section 143 for Summoned or Arrested Individuals, Cancelling Existing Bonds for Remaining Term.</h1> Section 143 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, addresses the requirement for fresh security when a person, summoned or arrested under specific sections, appears before a Magistrate or Court. The court is mandated to cancel the existing bond or bail bond and require the individual to provide new security for the remaining term of the original bond. This order is considered equivalent to orders made under sections 125 or 136, applicable to the provisions of sections 139 to 142.
