Administrator appointment for seized property enables court to vest management and disposal under Central Government directions. The Court may appoint an Administrator - the District Magistrate or a nominee - to receive and manage property subject to attachment or forfeiture orders, in the manner and subject to conditions specified by the Central Government; where property is forfeited to the Central Government the Administrator must take measures to dispose of the property as the Central Government directs.
