Attachment of property authorised where accused absconds; land to be held pending court orders and certified promptly. Order authorises the District Magistrate/Collector to attach and hold land of an accused who has absconded or is concealing himself to avoid a warrant, after a proclamation requiring appearance has been issued and published; attachment is to be effected under the clauses of sub section (4) of section 85 applicable to revenue paying land, and the Magistrate/Collector must certify without delay the action taken and hold the property pending further court order.
