Revision powers: authority to exercise higher-court revisional duties with applicant decisions rendered final. The Sessions Judge may call for records and exercise the powers of a higher court in revision; higher-court revisional provisions apply mutatis mutandis to such proceedings, and a revision application by or for a person, once decided by the Sessions Judge, is final for that person and bars further revision by or on their behalf.
