          <h1>Attachment and sale authorises seizure of movable property after bond forfeiture when summoned person fails to pay.</h1> Warrant authorising a police officer, on proof of commission of the offence causing a good behaviour bond to be forfeited and after notice to show cause and default in payment, to attach movable property of the principal within the district to the value of the forfeited sum and, if unpaid within the prescribed period, to sell sufficient property and return particulars of execution to the issuing court.
