          <h1>Discharge on security: warrant directs jail officer to release a prisoner once a statutory bond is duly executed.</h1> Warrant authorising immediate discharge of a prisoner committed for failure to give security where the prisoner and surety have duly executed a bond under the prescribed statutory provision. The form identifies the prisoner and the original committal, directs the officer in charge of the jail (or other custodian) to discharge the prisoner forthwith unless liable for detention on another matter, and requires the warrant to be dated and signed with the court seal.
