Appealability of orders under section 491: Magistrate orders to Sessions Judge; Session Court orders to appropriate appellate court. Section 495 makes all orders under section 491 appealable: appeals from Magistrate orders lie to the Sessions Judge, and appeals from Court of Session orders lie to the court to which appeals ordinarily lie from that Court of Session.
