Court may direct service of a summons on a witness by electronic communication or by registered post to the witness's ordinary residence, business address, or place of work; receipt of an acknowledgement signed by the witness, a postal endorsement of refusal, or proof of delivery by electronic communication under sub section (3) of section 70, if satisfactory to the Court, may lead the Court to deem the summons duly served.
