          <h1>Identification of arrested person: court may order third party identification with protected procedures for disabled identifiers.</h1> Where an arrestee is charged and third party identification is necessary for investigation, the court may, on request of the officer in charge, direct the arrested person to submit to identification in a manner the court deems fit; if the identifying person is mentally or physically disabled, identification must occur under Magistrate supervision using methods comfortable to that person and the process must be audio video recorded.
