Search-warrant provisions extend statutory search safeguards to warrants issued under the Act's warrant provisions. Section 102 makes specified general search provisions applicable, so far as may be, to all search-warrants issued under the Act's warrant-issuing provisions, importing procedural measures and safeguards into the law governing warrants.
