When an order is made absolute the Magistrate must notify the person, require performance within a fixed time and warn that disobedience attracts a penalty; if not performed the Magistrate may cause performance and recover costs by sale or by distress and sale of movable property, with out of jurisdiction attachment and sale authorised by endorsement of the Magistrate where the property is found; acts done in good faith under this section are immune from suit.
