Petition of appeal must be filed in writing and include a copy of the judgment unless court directs otherwise. Every appeal must be commenced by a petition in writing presented by the appellant or their advocate and, unless the Court otherwise directs, must be accompanied by a copy of the judgment or order appealed against.
