Copy of order accompanying summons or warrant ensures the person served or arrested receives the underlying order. Every summons or warrant must be accompanied by a copy of the order made under the governing provision, and the officer serving or executing the summons or warrant must deliver that copy to the person served with, or arrested under, the summons or warrant.
