Audio-video recording of evidence permitted; judge may defer or recall cross-examination in trial proceedings. The Judge shall take all prosecution evidence on the fixed date and may record witness evidence, including depositions of public servants, by audio-video electronic means; the Judge may in discretion permit deferral of cross-examination until other witnesses are examined and may recall witnesses for further cross-examination.
