Chapter VIII - RECIPROCAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR ASSISTANCE IN CERTAIN MATTERS AND PROCEDURE FOR ATTACHMENT AND FORFEITURE OF PROPERTY (From Section 111 to Section 124)
Transfer of revision applications: High Court may direct transfer between itself and Sessions Judge based on convenience and issue importance. The High Court decides which forum-itself or the Sessions Judge-should finally dispose of competing revision applications by considering the general convenience of the parties and the importance of the questions involved, and directs transfer of pending applications accordingly. Applications transferred to either court are to be treated as if duly made before that court. If the High Court transfers an application to the Sessions Judge and that Judge disposes of it, no further revision shall lie to the High Court or any other court by the persons whose applications were so disposed.
