Despite this repeal, ongoing appeals, applications, trials, inquiries, or investigations will continue under the 1973 Code as if the new Sanhita had not been enacted. Existing legal instruments, such as notifications, powers, and orders under the 1973 Code, will be considered as issued under the new Sanhita. Sanctions or consents granted under the 1973 Code, where proceedings had not commenced, will be recognized under the new Sanhita. Time limitations from the 1973 Code remain unaffected by the new Sanhita.
