of <h1>Appeals Under Section 380: Individuals Can Challenge or Defend Complaints Affecting Justice Administration; Orders Are Final and Irrevocable.</h1> Section 380 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, addresses appeals related to complaints affecting the administration of justice. It allows individuals, either denied a complaint by a lower court or against whom a complaint is made, to appeal to a superior court. The superior court can direct the withdrawal or initiation of such complaints, with the provisions of Section 379 applying if a complaint is made. Orders under this section, and those under Section 379, are final and not subject to revision.
