          <h1>Witness attendance proclamation compels a named person to appear for examination when a warrant cannot be personally served.</h1> A proclamation form under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 provides the procedural means to require a named person to appear at a specified place, date and time to be examined regarding a stated offence where a prior warrant could not be served and the witness is shown to have absconded or is concealing themself; it records complaint and warrant particulars and must be dated, sealed and signed by the court.
