Attachment and sale warrant authorises seizure of movable property for enforcement of unpaid fines and sale if unpaid. The warrant authorises a designated officer to attach movable property of a convicted person within the district and, if the fine remains unpaid within the specified period after attachment (or forthwith), to sell sufficient attached movable property to satisfy the fine, returning the warrant with an endorsement certifying the actions taken.
