Executive Magistrate Can Demand Bond if Individual Likely to Breach Peace, Disturb Tranquility (Rule 107).
When an Executive Magistrate receives credible information suggesting that an individual is likely to breach the peace, disturb public tranquility, or commit a wrongful act leading to such disturbances, the Magistrate may require the individual to show cause for not executing a bond or bail bond to maintain peace for a period not exceeding one year. These proceedings can be initiated by any Executive Magistrate if the potential disturbance is within their jurisdiction or if the individual likely to cause such disturbance is within their jurisdiction, even if the act might occur beyond it.
