          <h1>Warrant of imprisonment on failure to pay compensation: detention ordered until compensation paid, release upon payment.</h1> Form No. 36 authorises a warrant of imprisonment to enforce a dismissal order awarding compensation where the sum remains unpaid; it directs the jail officer to receive and keep the named person in custody for the specified term as simple imprisonment unless the compensation is sooner paid, and to set the person at liberty on receipt of the sum while returning the warrant with an endorsement certifying execution.
