          <h1>Attachment to compel appearance authorises seizure of specified property pending court order when an accused absconds after proclamation.</h1> Order directs seizure and holding of specified non revenue land property when an accused has absconded or is concealing themselves after a warrant and proclamation, requiring the executing officer to attach the property in the manner specified in clause (a) or clause (c) or both of sub section (3) of section 85, hold it pending further court order, and return the warrant with an endorsement certifying execution.
