Forms in the Second Schedule may be used with permitted variations and are deemed sufficient, subject to constitutional supervisory power. Section 522 authorizes the use of the forms set forth in the Second Schedule, subject to the constitutional supervisory power of Article 227, allows necessary variations suited to each case, and declares that if used (with such variations) those forms shall be sufficient for the purposes specified in the Schedule.
