Right of appeal for co-convicts allows any convicted co accused to appeal when an appealable order is passed. A special right of appeal applies where multiple persons are convicted in the same trial: if an appealable judgment or order is passed in respect of any one convicted person, all or any of the other persons convicted at that trial have a right of appeal.
