          <h1>Confirmation of death sentences requires appellate court to promptly send sealed signed copy of its order to trial court.</h1> Once the appellate authority has made an order of confirmation or other order in a case submitted for confirmation of a death sentence, the designated officer of the appellate institution must, without delay, send a copy of that order to the trial court either physically or by electronic means; the copy must bear the seal of the appellate institution and be attested with the officer's official signature.
