Registration offices: Central Government may establish offices, appoint registrars, prescribe duties and direct seals for company registration. The Central Government may, by notification, establish registration offices with specified jurisdiction for exercising powers and registering companies; appoint Registrars and subordinate officers whose powers and duties are to be prescribed; prescribe their terms and conditions of service including salaries; and direct preparation of seals to authenticate documents connected with company registration.
