C-PACE, operational through the Registrar of Companies, is part of MCA's efforts to enhance business and exit ease. The office, inaugurated on May 1, 2023, is located at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs in Gurgaon and operates under the Director General of Corporate Affairs.
