of <h1>Centre for Processing Accelerated Corporate Exit (C-PACE) launched in Gurgaon to streamline company exits from April 2023.</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of section 396(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, has established the Centre for Processing Accelerated Corporate Exit (C-PACE) to facilitate corporate exits. The C-PACE will be situated at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs in Gurgaon, Haryana. This establishment will become operational from April 1, 2023, as per the official notification issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
