          <h1>Tribunal member qualifications specify judicial, advocate, and technical experience requirements for appointment to the tribunal.</h1> Qualification requirements set distinct eligibility streams: the President must be, or have been, a High Court judge for five years. Judicial Members must be High Court judges, former District Judges with at least five years' service, or advocates of a court for at least ten years, with specified service counting toward that period. Technical Members must meet long-tenure qualifications-membership of relevant legal services with specified rank, fifteen years' practice as certain finance or corporate professionals, fifteen years' proven professional experience in specified industrial or financial disciplines, or five years as a presiding officer of a labour court or tribunal-subject to amendments made by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017.
