of <h1>Central Government staffing for Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal officers, under President/Chairperson control; service conditions prescribed by rules</h1> Requires the Central Government, in consultation with the Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal, to provide each with such officers and other employees as are necessary to enable the exercise of their powers and discharge of their functions, thereby ensuring adequate staffing support for their statutory operations. Prescribes that such officers and employees must perform their duties under the general superintendence and control of the President of the Tribunal or the Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal, or any Member delegated with such authority, thereby vesting administrative oversight and control within the respective institutional leadership. Provides that salaries, allowances, and other conditions of service of such officers and employees shall be as prescribed, thereby subjecting their service terms to the applicable prescribed rules.
