This amendment is made under the authority of sections 396, 398, 399, 403, and 404, along with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013. The amendment introduces a substitution for form No. GNL-2, which will take effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
