Limitation periods for Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal filings u/s 433, with late appeals barred unless delay condoned
Section 433 applies the Limitation Act, 1963, so far as may be, to all proceedings and appeals before the Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal under the Companies Act, 2013. This prescribes that limitation periods and related doctrines under the Limitation Act, including computation of time and condonation of delay where permissible, govern the timeliness and maintainability of such filings, with the operative consequence that proceedings or appeals instituted beyond the applicable limitation period may be barred unless delay is condoned in accordance with the Limitation Act as applied.
