<h1>Central Government may amend Act schedules by notification, subject to Table F savings and parliamentary review and modification.</h1> Central government may, by notification, alter regulations, rules, tables, forms and other provisions in any Schedule to the Act, such alterations having effect as if enacted and coming into force on the notification date; alterations to Table F of Schedule I do not apply to companies registered before that date. Every alteration must be laid before both Houses of Parliament for thirty days across sessions, and if both Houses subsequently agree to modify or annul the alteration before the end of the immediately following session(s), the alteration will operate only as modified or be of no effect, without prejudice to actions previously undertaken under it.
