of <h1>Tribunal Can Call Annual General Meeting if Company Fails to Comply with Section 96 of Companies Act 2013</h1> If a company fails to hold its annual general meeting as required by Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Tribunal can, upon a member's application, call or direct the calling of such a meeting. The Tribunal may issue directions it considers necessary, including deeming one member present in person or by proxy as constituting a meeting. Any meeting held under these circumstances is considered an annual general meeting as per the Act.
