Benefits to members: initial payment set by board; withheld price and patronage bonus distributable in cash or equity proportionally. Members initially receive value for produce as fixed by the Board; withheld price may later be disbursed in cash, kind, or by allotment of equity shares in proportion to produce supplied under Board-determined conditions. Members receive only a limited return on contributed share capital (subject to bonus-share rules). Surplus after limited return and reserves may be disbursed as patronage bonus proportionate to member participation, in cash or by equity allotment, as decided by members at the general meeting.
