Duty to cooperate with company liquidator: tribunal can compel compliance and direct assistance from promoters and officers. Promoters, directors, officers and employees, past or present, must extend full cooperation to the Company Liquidator in discharging his functions and duties. If a required person does not assist or cooperate, the Company Liquidator may apply to the Tribunal, which may order that person to comply with the liquidator's instructions and cooperate in discharging his functions.
