Members can request copies of these minutes within seven working days for a prescribed fee. If the company refuses inspection or fails to provide copies, it faces a penalty of twenty-five thousand rupees, and responsible officers face a five thousand rupee penalty per refusal. The Tribunal can order immediate inspection or provision of the requested copies.
