          <h1>Company minute-books must be open to member inspection and copies supplied on request, with penalties for refusal.</h1> Members may inspect minute-books of general meetings and postal-ballot resolutions kept at the registered office during business hours, subject to reasonable article- or meeting-imposed restrictions but with at least two hours daily allowed. Members may request copies and must be furnished one within seven working days upon payment of prescribed fees. Refusal or failure to provide inspection or copies incurs specified penalties on the company and defaulting officers, and the Tribunal may order immediate inspection or direct that the copy be sent to the requester.
